"Our Love Will Last Forever"

Marriage is a relationship which two people have pledged themselves to each other in the manner of a legal union or contract to live as husband and wife for the rest of their life. Love builds strength. That's exactly what you need to make it work.

We celebrated our 36th anniversary in August 2012.

Sure we've had plenty challenges, heartaches and pain, yet our love is still stronger than ever. We fight hard, but we love harder. Amazing, after all these years still when he calls my name, and treat me like I'm the only woman he ever loved, it still makes me feel very special. That's a good feeling.

I know all married couples try to figure out where they belong in the relationship once they become united as one. Just hang in there and figure it out. It's a lot of work, but if you want the marriage to survive you have to do it.

Remember a marriage must have love, friendship, honor, and respect. It will save you a lot of heartache, and pain. Ask God to come into your life. He will grant you wisdom, faith, mercy, and grace. You will need it to strengthen your marriage.

If you lose focus and find yourself drifting apart, just go back to the things you supposed to have done at start of your marriage. The basics will help make your marriage strong last long.

Success in marriage does not come merely through finding the right mate, but through being the right mate.
